Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RVM Solutions, we strive to ensure every transaction processed through our platform is successful and seamless. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for transactions conducted through our bill payment services at rvmsolutions.in.
1. General Policy
- All bill payments made through RVM Solutions are processed in real-time via authorized payment gateways and the BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) infrastructure.
- Once a transaction is successfully completed and the payment is credited to the biller, it is generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- Users are advised to verify all billing details (consumer number, biller name, amount, etc.) before confirming a payment.
2. Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to a technical issue and the amount is debited from your wallet or bank account:
- The debited amount will be automatically refunded to your RVM Solutions wallet within 24–48 hours.
- If the amount was debited from your bank account or UPI, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
- You will receive a notification (via email or in-app) once the refund is initiated.
3. Duplicate Payments
In the event that a duplicate payment is processed for the same bill:
- Please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction with the transaction ID and payment details.
- After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your wallet or bank account within 7–10 business days.
- We may require supporting documentation (screenshots, bank statements) to process the refund.
4. Incorrect Payments
If you make a payment to an incorrect biller or enter wrong consumer details:
- RVM Solutions is not responsible for payments made with incorrect details entered by the user.
- We will make best efforts to assist in recovering the amount by coordinating with the biller, but refund is not guaranteed in such cases.
- Please double-check all details before confirming your payment.
5. Cancellation of Transactions
- Bill payments, once initiated, cannot be cancelled as they are processed instantly through the BBPS network.
- Pre-scheduled or recurring payments (if applicable) can be cancelled only before the scheduled processing time.
- Wallet top-up transactions, once credited, are non-cancellable. However, you may request a payout to withdraw funds to your registered bank account.
6. Wallet Refunds
- If a refund is issued to your RVM Solutions wallet, you may use the balance for future transactions or request a payout.
- Wallet-to-bank payouts are subject to standard processing times and applicable charges.
- Minimum payout thresholds may apply as per the platform's current policies.
7. Payout Refunds
- If a payout to your bank account fails due to incorrect bank details, the amount will be reversed to your wallet within 3–5 business days.
- Please ensure your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name) are accurate before initiating a payout.
- RVM Solutions reserves the right to charge a processing fee for repeated failed payout attempts.
8. Service Charges
- Service charges, convenience fees, and commissions deducted at the time of a transaction are non-refundable, even if the underlying transaction is refunded.
- Exception: If the failed transaction was caused by a platform or system error on our end, service charges will also be refunded.

10. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a transaction issue:
- Log in to your RVM Solutions account and navigate to the transaction history.
- Note the Transaction ID of the affected transaction.

Please include the Transaction ID, date, amount, and a brief description of the issue in your request. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
11. Exceptions
RVM Solutions reserves the right to:
- Decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
- Investigate suspicious or fraudulent refund claims and take appropriate action, including account suspension.
- Modify this policy at any time with prior notice to registered users.
