Welcome to RVM Solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rvmsolutions.in and all related services, including bill payment processing, wallet services, and payout management (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Mahi Pay Private Limited (RVM Solutions), operating from Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh, India.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
• "Wallet" refers to the digital wallet balance maintained within your RVM Solutions account.
• "Member" refers to a registered user with an active account on the platform.
• "BBPS" refers to the Bharat Bill Payment System as regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of India or an Indian business entity.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must register an account to access our bill payment services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and MPIN.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in suspicious activity.
• Each user may maintain only one active account. Multiple accounts are subject to termination.

4. Services

4.1 Bill Payment Services

RVM Solutions provides a B2B bill payment platform that enables users to pay utility bills including:

• Electricity, gas, and water bills
• Broadband and DTH payments
• FASTag recharges
• Municipal tax payments
• Insurance premiums
• Other BBPS-supported billers

4.2 Wallet Services

Users can maintain a digital wallet for processing transactions. Wallet top-ups can be made through approved payment methods. Wallet balances are non-transferable to external accounts except through authorized payout mechanisms.

4.3 Payout Services

Eligible users may request payouts to their registered bank accounts, subject to verification and applicable processing times.

5. Fees and Charges

• Service charges, commissions, and transaction fees may apply and will be displayed before transaction confirmation.
• We reserve the right to modify fee structures with prior notice to registered users.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Transaction charges once deducted are non-refundable unless a refund is approved under our Refund Policy.

6. Transaction Processing

• All transactions are processed through authorized payment gateways and BBPS infrastructure.
• We strive for 100% transaction success but do not guarantee that every transaction will be processed without error.
• In case of a failed transaction, the debited amount will be refunded to your wallet or source account within 5–7 business days.
• Transaction confirmation receipts are provided via the platform and/or email notifications.

7. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information (consumer numbers, account details, etc.)
• Not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Not resell or redistribute access to our Services without written authorization.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including RBI and BBPS guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the RVM Solutions platform are the intellectual property of RVM Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RVM Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, network issues, or force majeure events.
• We are not responsible for incorrect payments made due to wrong billing details entered by the user.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVM Solutions, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
• You may close your account by contacting our support team. Any remaining wallet balance will be refunded to your registered bank account after deducting applicable charges.
• Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The courts in Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
